Shipment & Delivery
When you place an order via our online shop, you can select a country. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, please contact us. The cost for shipping is calculated automatically and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. *For shipping to the UK and to Switzerland, additional charges for customs formalities may apply. Please contact us for further information.
Your order can be shipped within 3 business days. You can enter a preferred date of delivery at "comments". In case the preferred date of delivery is unavailable, we’ll contact you. Take into account that slipcovers are available in different colors and designs. All slipcovers with a colorname are in stock. Colors with a colornumber have a delivery time of several weeks. You will receive an email on the day of shipment with further information about your package.
The packages can be delivered by the transport company throughout the day on working days. It is 90% sure that the order can be delivered on the preferred date, but it might be possible that the order is delivered one day after due to unforeseen external circumstances.
Pick up at location:
Orders can also be picked up by appointment at our warehouse in Enschede, The Netherlands. The products are wrapped in pallet wrapping film, without a box.
*Pick-up is possible on working days (Monday - Friday) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.*
Measurements of the packages:
The measurements of the packages are 120 cm high x 102 cm broad x 20 cm deep. Depending on the size of the order, multiple boxes are used.
